Feb 5, 2026 – SinoAm Global Fund, Chairman Najib Choufani, Managing Director, Tarek Choufani, and SP Consulting team led by Shivani Patel, met in London with Hon. Prof. Kitila Mkumbo, Minister of State in the President’s Office (Planning and Investment), alongside H.E. Ambassador Mbelwa Kairuki, High Commissioner of the United Republic of Tanzania to the United Kingdom, to advance a framework for structuring a phased PPP investment programme of up to US$5 billion across priority sectors in Tanzania, aligned with the Sixth Phase Government’s development agenda. Mr Tarek Choufani said the firm was keen to work with the government to structure financing models suitable for large national projects.
