SinoAm Fund and Xinwei telecom enterprise form joint venture company – Visionmax Fund Management USA with an initial fund of $500 million.

SinoAm Fund Chairman and Xinwei Telecom Enterprise, chairman Mr. Wang Jing form joint venture company — Visionmax Fund Management USA with an initial fund of $500 million to invest in Xinwei telecom international projects. The fund is forecasted to grow to $1 billion by 2015 year-end.
