Tarek Choufani, Managing Director of SinoAm Global Fund, has announced a US$50 million Phase 1 financing to support the Ghana Ministry of Defence/Ghana Armed Forces housing programme, starting with 400 homes and a pathway to up to 5,000 homes in later phases. The visit to Accra marks the start of on-the-ground engagement with the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Finance, Presidential chief of staff and GCB (Ghana Commercial Bank) the banking partner.
